Mechanism Installation

1. Place metal hook over shaft.
2. Place plastic washer over shaft.
3. Insert shaft through clock face.
4. Place dial plate brass washer over shaft.
5. Attach dial fixing brass hex nut.
6. Gently press hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 position.
7. Place minute hand over shaft at 12:00 position.
8. Gently screw minute nut in place.

Installation Steps

1. Nail a hook or stick EVA foam on the wall.
2. Fasten the center hardware on the wall.
3. Hang the template paper ruler on the center hardware.
4. Use the template paper ruler to mark the time position on the wall.
5. Hang all numbers or your photo frames or what ever you want on their corresponding position.
6. Take down the center hardware, fixing the hour hand ,then minute hand, tighten the minute hand fixing nut. (Tips: press the clock hands into the clock axle and point at 12 o’clock)
7. Install an AA carbon battery, set to the correct time by button on the back of clock movement, then hang back to the wall.

Installation Tips

1. Please mark the position by using the template paper ruler (included), then stick what you need onto the wall.
2. Do not attach the clock hands onto the base before you finish other steps.
3. Keep clock hands parallel and screw the cap tightly without gap.
4. Don’t tune the time using your hands, it might impair the clock mechanism. There are control buttons on the back of the centerpiece, please use them.

Kindly Note

– The hour and minute hands had a protective plastic coating that needs to be carefully removed.
– Be careful not to bend the hands with too much pressure.
– Clock hands are made of aluminum with high ductility, you can straight it easily if bends.
– Do not tighten the brass hex nut too tight.
– Press hard to get all clock hands in place.
– Please do not use alkaline battery and rechargeable battery, or they will damage the clock movement.
– Indoor home decoration, no waterproof function, please don’t it use outdoor.

Please DO NOT USE alkaline battery, rechargeable battery, a battery more than 1.5V or a high electric current battery.
The best option is a carbon battery or a low electric current battery (less than 500 ma)

Most of clocks only need very low electric current, especially for quartz clock for home. If use a high electric current battery such as a rechargeable battery, it may damage the clock movement, cause inaccurate time, or even burn out the clock movement, affecting the service life.
