A: No, as these carpets are vacuum packed, they have creases and the carpet fibers do not look fluffy. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as we need to lay it flat for a week to restore the original thickness
Q: How should I clean this carpet?
A: Please lift the carpet and shake it a few times first, pour water onto the carpet, and then clean it with a brush. And use a hair dryer to loosen the plush. Not machine washable (may cause carpet layering).
